Breetec Valve Services offers exceptional aftercare for your breather valves. Prevention is better than cure! On-site training, quarterly integrity checks, and biennial revision are our guarantee for maximum efficiency.
On-site training
Breetec Valve Services provides standardized workshops and training sessions at your workplace.
This way, you and your employees will learn to monitor and perform an important part of the maintenance work in the future.
Integrity check
With an integrity check, we perform a diagnostic check on the condition of the breather valves. Breetec can perform integrity checks while in operation, ensuring no loss of productivity for your company. We provide a status report with recommended actions for optimal efficiency of the breather valves.
Revision
During a revision, all seals are always replaced. Additionally, any other worn-out parts are identified and replaced with original spare parts. Breetec Valve Services provides this on-site service with experienced technicians equipped with a mobile test installation.
Afterwards, you will receive a maintenance report and accompanying test certificate (TÜV-certified) that guarantees proper functioning. If the revision cannot easily take place at the customer's location, we can also perform it in our workshops.
Spare Parts
Breetec Valve Services has an extensive database based on the valve's unique serial number. This allows us to always supply the correct spare parts.
We have the following parts available:
Seals: ensure proper sealing and prevent leakage
Calibrated valve covers: consisting of the shaft, seal, weight, and bolts
Original parts: in case of damage, any original part can be provided
Replacement valves: for replacing old valves or during the repair of existing ones
